My tribute to Nina Simone. A beat tape I made from nothing but Nina Simone samples. I want to do a whole collection of the greats for a lounge series(Charlie Parker,Thelonius Monk,Billy Holiday etc.). It's mellowy trip hop hip hop. The kind of music I grew up on during my emo phase(smoked out and wishing you were an alien but still want to do art). I listened to alot of Nina then and fell in love with her music. Plus I picked up some books on her at the second hand and they kept saying she was a little crazy. I always love artists that "they" say are crazy.
Gifts like Creative Genius never been this well accepted/Sweetness of the mind, God was not a diabetic. (Creativity)
